velqessa does not control a payment provider's or card issuer's approvadecision, authorization process, hold period, or release schedule.

Checkout Security

Checkout is processed through Shopify and participating payment providers
using security measures intended to help protect transaction information.

However, no method of online transmission, electronic processing, or datastorage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers are responsiblefor helping protect their own accountcredentials and should use trusteddevices, browsers, and networks when completing a purchase.

Pricing and charges

Applicable product prices, shipping charges, discounts, and any taxes collected by Velqessa at checkout will be displayed before payment is submitted. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other destination-specific charges may apply separately as described in our Shipping Policy.

Any foreign exchange fees, currency conversion charges, bank fees, card issuer
fees, or similar charges, if applicable, are determined by the customer's paymerprovider or financial institution and are not controlled by velqessa

Discount Codes

Discount codes must be entered before checkout is completed and are subject
to the terms, conditions, eligibility requirements, and limitations stated with the
applicable promotion

Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes may not be combined withother offers, exchanged for cash, transferred, or applied retroactively to
previously completed orders.
